Uses of the word appropriate:
1-1. Many decisions are made on the grounds of whether a behavior is appropriate or not.
行为是否恰当,可以决定很多的事情。
1-2. Something that is appropriate in one culture may not be appropriate in another culture.
一个文化看为恰当的事情(行动等),在另一个文化就不一定是恰当的。
1-3. It is not appropriate to praise a third person’s cooking when eating a meal at someone’s house.
