我们知道我们用一台比较高级的照像机时要先对准焦点才照相。建立成功的家庭也是这样——要先对准焦点才能够拥有成功的家庭。圣经告诉我们，孩子还小的时候，父母就要开始把神的真理教导给他们（申命记6:4-9）。圣经故事书或白话翻译本圣经都会让孩子和父母一样认识神而得知神的旨意和教导。圣经会帮助我们对准生命的焦点和立下生命的目标。请让神的真理做成您生活的指南针以及你脚前的灯和路上的光。

4. Focus on God
“Focus” is as important in the home as it is in photography or sports. Since the Bible tells us to teach our children the word of God from their youth (Deuteronomy 6:4-9), we should begin early to read the Bible with our children. Start with a Bible story book, and then use a simple translation of the entire Bible. God’s truth will serve as their foundation for life.
