耐心——我现在就要
我希望我能知道你现在具体在哪儿，希望能知道你的生活中正发生着些什么事。我希望我们可以坐在一起，一起祷告一会儿。或许，你在现在所处的环境中很难保持耐心。我就有过这样的经历——我很认真诚恳地为一些事祷告，但却似乎得不到答复。耐心是一种能力，是在重担之下打起精神的能力，是对希望以及身边的人不抛弃不放弃坚持抓牢的能力。耐心就是等待主，深信主知道什么对我们是最好的，主是值得信赖的。当神没有很快就回应我们的请求和祷告时，我们会觉得神似乎不在我们身边。但是，神是可信靠的，并且天天如此。有时等待可能看起来很痛苦，但是我们需要记住，永远不要将神延迟的答复误以为是神的拒绝。他不可能也不会让我们失望。请听听神的话,“你们必须忍耐，使你们行完了上帝的旨意，就可以得着所应许的。因为还有一点点时候，那要来的就来，并不迟延”(希伯来书10:36-37)。我真希望我们能站在彼此身边，一同祷告，也许会有这么一天的。

37 PATIENCE – I WANT IT NOW
I wish I knew exactly where you were and what is going on with you in your life. I wish we could sit together and pray together for a while. You may be in a situation where having patience is really tough for you right now. I know I have prayed for some things very seriously and earnestly and no answers seem to come. Patience is the ability to bear up under the load. It is the ability to hang on, hold out and hold fast to hope and to the people around you. Patience is waiting for the Lord, knowing that He knows best and that He can be trusted. It might seem like God is not around when he delays answering our requests and prayers but He can be trusted every day. At times, the waiting may seem bitter. But we need to remember and never think that God’s seeming delays are His denials. He cannot and He will not fail us. Listen to God’s words: “For you need endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised. For yet in a very little while, the one who is coming will come and not delay” (Hebrews 10:36-37). I wish we could pray together in person. Maybe we can do that someday.
