祷告以及认罪的艺术
我这一周所读到的内容你可能不会相信。我读到有一群人在自己的生活中找寻神的位置，他们聚在一起花了好几个小时学习神的心意，并且按神的意思祷告。我读到这群人“那日的四分之一站在自己的地方念耶和华他们上帝的律法书，又四分之一按着神的律法认罪，敬拜耶和华他们的上帝”(尼希米记9:3)。我是在圣经旧约《尼希米记》中读到这些内容的。当这些犹太人意识到他们需要神，他们便花大量的时间向神认罪，提醒自己在生活中他们需要神。认罪洁净他们的灵魂，使他们与神靠得更近。朋友，我们现在就停下来，花上几分钟的时间向神祷告吧。

PRAYER AND THE ART OF CONFESSION
You will not believe what I read this week. I read about a group of people who were searching for God’s place in their lives and got together for several hours to study and pray. “They stood where they were and read from the book of the law of the Lord their God for a quarter of the day and spent another quarter in confession and worshipping the Lord their God” (Nehemiah 9:3). I read that in the Old Testament part of the Bible in the book of Nehemiah. When they recognized their need for God, they spent a lot of time confessing their sins to God and reminding themselves of their need of God in their lives. Confessing our sins cleans our souls and draws us closer to God. Pause for a couple of minutes right now and pray to God.
